Forms
Clearance Form: Everyone has to do clearance form. It has to be completed for each sport.
Athletic Packet : If track is your first sport of 2019-20 school year, you also have to do Athletic Packet
Physical Exam form: Part of Athletic Packet: Has to be filled out by a doctor.

Practice
Athletes will meet Monday through Friday in the bleachers closest to the bathrooms, dressed and ready to workout.
This is where team announcements will be made each day, and attendance will be taken here. If there is inclement weather, athletes are to meet in the cafeteria, dressed and ready to work out.
Because of our varying bell schedule, practice times will also vary:
Monday - 6th Period (2:15PM). Practice could go until 4:15.
Tuesday - 6th Period (2:15PM). Practice could go until 4:15.
Wednesday - After School (3:15PM). Practice could go until 4:30.
Thursday - 6th Period (1:45PM). Practice could go until 3:45.
Friday - 6th Period (2:15PM). Practice could go until 4:15.
Plan on practice lasting 2 hours each day. Athletes will not be dismissed when school is out at 3:00. It will take a large amount of commitment in order to be a member of Dos Pueblos Track & Field.
Weight-lifting or strength workouts will be Tuesday and Thursdays after the workout and may require additional time.

Families are encouraged to join the Dos Pueblos Athletics Booster Club. The Booster Club helps pay for all of DP's sports programs. Things covered by the Booster Club include gear, uniforms, equipment and transportation and would help support the track team. The form for signing up is located under the "Forms" page.
